This paper reviewed the related literature on industrial ecology and accurately grasped the basic connotation of ecological industry.This paper combined the related theories of ecological economy and circular economy,and according to the situation of economic development and industrial development in Qinghai Province to construct the industrial ecological evaluation index system about Qinghai province.The Delphy method and grey relational analysis were used to determine the weight of the evaluation index.In the evaluation of the industrial ecological level of Qinghai province,the TOPSIS method was used to carry out the vertical comparison and horizontal comparison.In the vertical comparison,the data of Qinghai province from 2006 to 2015 were selected to analyze relevant information.The vertical comparison results showed that the level of industrial ecology in Qinghai province from 2006 to 2015 was a plainest stability and potential imbalance because of the economic development was at the expense of the ecological environment,but the carrying capacity of the ecological resources in Qinghai province was relatively higher and the economic benefit of the industry was relatively better,which makes the industrial system and its natural environment,ecological environment,economic environment and social environment in a harmonious situation.The horizontal comparison between the five provinces in the northwest showed that the industrial ecological level of Qinghai Province in the five northwestern provinces ranked fourth,only better than Xinjiang,which was mainly due to that the industrial structure in Qinghai Province was in a state of homogeneity,the proportion of light and heavy industry was imbalance and the existing industrial chain was short,product added value was low.In addition,irrational allocation of resources,large energy consumption,and improper layout of productivity also hindered the development of industrial ecology in Qinghai province.
