A Study On Healthy City Construction Under The Guidance Of New Development Concept In Kangbashi District

Healthy cities were proposed by the WHO in the 1980 s,which are effective way to solve the increasingly serious urban healthy problems and are directly related to human health.Healthy cities insist human as the center,and promote human health by changing the factors that affect human health such as environment,society,culture,people ans so on.Healthy city construction is an important measure to solve “urban disease”,fundamentally change urban environment and improve human health.Carrying out healthy city construction can not only effectively promote the urban development and benefit the health of residents,but also provide effective guidance for the construction of healthy cities in other regions.Based on health new development concept,promotion theory,new public management theory,eco-city theory and synergy theory,this paper studies the healthy cities construction in Kangbashi district by means of literature analysis,case analysis and interview method.The results show that there are some problems in the process of construction,such as fine management level,standard system,evaluation work,regional and group development and health industry.On the basis of drawing on the developed countries and advanced cities both at home and abroad,this paper combines the management mode of "governmental leading,departmental cooperation and social participation" in the healthy city construction formed in China,and systematically analyzes the reasons and strategies for healthy city construction of Kangbashi district from the following four aspects: concept,the government function,departmental collaboration and social participation,and hopes to guide the theory and practice of the healthy city construction in Kangbashiregion,other new cities and ethnic areas.
