The administrative leadership style mainly refers to the leader's attitude and their behavioral basic set to their followers, which are demonstrated in the course that the leaders guide and instruct the followers to achieve administrative goals. The administrative leadership style focuses on discussing the laws and characteristics of leadership activities carried out by the leaders of government departments.The traditional leadership style which was based on the control and order has been unable to meet the new era requirements of taking the concept of scientific development into practice and building a service-oriented government and harmonious society. It undoubtedly has a profound theoretical and practical significance in the field of enhancing the research of leadership style transformation, achieving the transmutation and innovation of the leadership style.The whole thesis is divided into four parts, which is composed of preface and three chapters.Preface, this part mainly leads out the research objects, outlines the research status at home and abroad and then shows the significance and research thought of this study.Chapter 1 is the theoretical framework. On the basis of illuminating the connotation, types and influenced factors of our county's administrative leadership style, from the theoretical aspect, briefly analyzes the inevitability of the transformation in our administrative leadership style under the common effect of leadership environment, leadership object and leadership subject these three factors.Chapter 2 is the analysis of the problems and their causes. In view of these problems exist in our county's administrative leadership style, which emphasizes on ruling by man but ruling by law, values power's centralization but democracy and pays attention to the experience but the innovation, from the impact of traditional leadership culture, the shackles of traditional leadership structure and the restrictions to the followers' maturity these three aspects to analyze the causes. Chapter 3 is the approaches discussion. Based on the basic content of our country's administrative leadership style transformation, that is, transforming the leadership style from ruling the county by man to ruling the country by law, from the closed style to the open style and from the experiential decision-making style to the scientific decision-making style these three aspects. From establishing a modern concept of leadership, deepening the reform of leadership mechanism and improving the quality of the government members these three points of view, puts forward the specific recommendations for the transformation of our country's administrative leadership style.
