Training is an important way to enterprise staff quality advantage,important channel for the core competitiveness and it is the strength of the enterprise sustainable development.With the deepening of the degree of marketization of the economy,the increasing fierce competition and the continuous improvement of enterprise management level,the employee training was paid more attention.WL company belongs to the small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,is based on Haixi comprehensive port logistics service providers.With company implements the strategic transformation and development,the company exposed many problems,such as the consciousness of the staff change and large production capacity can't keep up with the developing,personnel overall quality is not high,lack of talents and so on.The shortage of human resources are much harder to solve,on one side,is the change of demand,on the other side is itself,human resources management become the bottleneck for the development of the company.Combined with the company's development strategy,the establishment of accord with the actual situation of WL company employee training system is imminent.This article expounded the theory of training in China and abroad research and training system to build,used ask ticket survey method,interview method,the analysis of the current training system of WL company is insufficient,and targeted to build the new training system.In this paper,the WL company,management concept,development strategy,organizational structure and personnel situation is presented,and making questionnaire survey and statistics,the analysis of current WL company's training,through the analysis of problems after summarizing WL company staff training.On the basis of the analysis and research,first determine the construction principle and system framework,from the training process,training courses,training system and training lecturer and so on four aspects to construct a system of WL training throughout the company.Among them,the process system including training needs analysis,planning and the implementation of the plan;Training curriculum system is the new employees,business department staff,department staff and management personnel and other four dimensions were built;Training system including the appraisal system,incentive system,budget system and incentive system;Training lecturer system consists of external and internal lecturer in two dimensions.Finally,from strengthening employee career management,build the learning organization,to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and other aspects WL company training system implement safeguards.For WL company,this paper built a new training system,hoping to solve the problem of WL company existing training problem,at the same time,also hoping to provide reference for similar company training system construction work.
