With the increase and difficulty in the cost of recruitment and talent retention, training has become one of the most important human resource work and task. The training for current staff is playing an important role in the sustainable development of the enterprise. At the same time, along with the more attention and more cost spends on the training, company has the concern on the training itself and training department, whether it has the effect and good result for the development of the company.The essay is divided into six chapters. Firstly, it introduces the background of HB Company and the history of training development. Then, based on the internal research and analysis, concludes three major problems in the training system which are:simple and surface training needs analysis, lack of training transformation module and effective training evaluation. In Chapter 3, it lists the theory on training needs, training transformation and training evaluation and uses them in the Chapter 4 in which helps HB Company proposed it’s training suggestion and solution. Based on the above analysis,in the Chapter 5, use the solution to the specific training program "2020 Talent Project", which proves the feasibility of the suggestion and solution.With the continuous development and expansion of the company, company’s training work is in the dynamic development. We training team should regularly review and analysis training system based on company’s strategy and business development to support the company development and competitiveness in the market.
