With the rapid development of China's economic strength,people pay more and more attention to spiritual and cultural enjoyment.Based on the quality tourism resources of our country and for persistent housing purchase,at the same time,combined with advanced "timesharing","tourism investment",the concept of "real estate profits",tourism real estate arises at the historic moment.Tourism real estate planning intention is good,is in order to fully activate the urban economy,driving the development of city,but the running deviation of tourism real estate is often do more harm than good: the ratio of real estate is too high to the tourism low proportion(need more land for real estate development,and tourism scenic spot ecological fragile)due to there are more visitors,will greatly influence the sustainable development of tourism resources;Developers who market tourism real estate projects too early or too fast(to ensure the working capital of the projects)will also lead to slow construction of tourismrelated supporting projects,encroachment on the land for the development of tourism industry,and go against the national policy of vigorously developing tourism.This article from the concept of tourism real estate and development,the analysis of current situation of the development of tourism real estate,for tourism real estate project work experience as the foundation,through detailed case studies and theoretical analysis,proposed the tourism real estate development the present situation of five problems: serious dine,positioning fuzzy,lack of planning,management amateur,profit.And in view of the above problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures: government leading,enterprise operation,department supervision.Finally,through the control detailed planning system,mandatory index control can be carried out at the government level,so as to stabilize the project,maximize the advantages of social capital,and maximize the interests of developers while improving tourism resource.Finally,through the analysis of jinshui lake eco-tourism resort in fuzhou,starting from the planning of the upper level,according to local conditions,fully combining the status quo,put forward in line with the local development goals and planning scale.According to the progress of the project,understand the current situation of industrial implementation.The author hopes that the research viewpoints and results of this paper can become the theoretical basis for the further development and improvement of tourism real estate,and also hopes that the capacity of tourism destinations can be fully integrated with the concept of characteristic towns to promote the social and economic developmen...
