Mature organizations have complete policies,systemic process and structures to standardize the employees,behavior and operations with more effective and efficient work.However,following information technology rapid growth and the mindset improvement for environment and safety,frequent changes exceed traditional prediction.Existing procedures couldn't meet the rapid change and marketing needs.More complete process,more efficient work performance,more resources investment,the result only meets the original objective without timely change capture.It is benefit for commercial operation in the organization.If it is used for R&D section,the innovative products couldn't satisfy the marketing and customers' needs any more.Therefore,how to survive under the frequent change environment and grow healthily and sustainably? The post patent company need maintain the existing commercial operation,improve the key competencies of R&D innovation as well.R&D project is as the carrier of innovation,and project team with specialized talents and experts.How to optimize the initiative and continuous innovation to assure R&D project outcome could create more value to support the company sustainably.Then the company could become the leader of the related industry.Focusing on R&D project and team could be the topic for the consideration and assessment of the company growth.The thesis studies the R&D project performance management system in Jiangsu LD Company.Reviewing quite amount of oversea and domestic theories and literatures in R&D project management and performance appraisals,diagnosing and analyzing the current situation of Key Performance Indicators(KPI)of R&D project team members.Meanwhile,the different appraisal period between R&D project management and personal KPI reviewing period from Human Resources,project score for KPI appraisal not equivalent to actual project outcome,deviation existing in project outcome and marketing request.Via meeting discussing and questionnaires surveying,the innovative study of continuous business assessment and stage audit is uptake into the R&D project performance management system for optimization study in Jiangsu LD Company.Through the new system practice,it doesn't only achieve the effective process control from quality,schedule,cost and conformity of the marketing needs,but also optimized the individual competencies and project outcome.Then meet the marketing and customers' needs,and win more market share and better competition.It reaches the predictable proposal and performance.
