With the development of society,the competition in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce.In order to stand out from many companies,multi-projects are inexorably parallel.With multiple projects running at the same time,companies need to focus on the coordination of a project into multiple projects and the coordination of multiple project management departments.Although the projects run independently from each other,the resources between them are shared,including human resources,time,materials,funds,etc.In this case,multi-project operation will generate various resources.The key of multi-project management of enterprises is to allocate various conflict resources rationally.Under the environment of multi-project operation,the optimal allocation of resources can reduce the cost of the project and shorten the overall project duration.This article introduces a new project management approach-the Critical Chain Project Management Act(CCPM).CCPM can effectively alleviate the resource constraints among multiple projects and the irregularities of project duration.The key to the dissertation is the problem of human resource allocation.On the basis of reading a large amount of related literature,this paper presents the theoretical knowledge of multi-project management human resource constraints,CCPM,and resource optimization.This article takes R construction company as a research case,makes a simple introduction to R project construction company's multi-project operation situation and human resource issues,and analyzes these problems.Because R construction companies run multiple projects with limited human resources,resource conflicts are fierce and have not been effectively allocated.Therefore,this paper proposes to use CCPM to manage multi-project operations under resource constraints.Finally,based on CCPM theory,a resource optimization configuration model was built to verify the actual case of R construction company.The test results prove that after the optimization of human resources allocation,several projects of theR construction company are running well and the resource conflict problem has been well resolved.The author hopes that the research process of this paper can provide reference and support for other construction companies to run multiple projects.
