Since the policy of China's reform and opening up was carried out for nearly forty decades,China's economy has improved immensely,the lives of Chinese people are changing with each passing day.The strong demand of real estate has caused rapid development of real estate industry which is still in a steady upward trend during its development although there were several difficult times.The real estate industry has returned to the fast track of development after several regulation and control.While in the period of demand side transformation,new requirement and difficulty have been proposed to the real estate development companies which shall face and think how to survive in adversity and how to maximize the shareholder value.Therefore,the selection of real estate marketing strategy is so important that it will directly affect the success of projects.China Supply and Marketing Northeast Commercial and Trade Mall is the typical representative of China's professional market of products,therefore,this study focus on the project marketing management mode.How to plan a marketing strategy which meets the demand of market,as well as meets the customers' requirement,so that China Supply and Marketing Northeast Commercial and Trade Mall could achieve the fixed target and sustainable operation at later stage,which is worth discussing and researching.Related data has been collected and organized for analyse through the investigation of commercial market of Fushun Municipality,the project development and marketing plan could be modified according to the market change;SWOT method to the project is applied to analyse the advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and threats of project for.Matrix Analysis Method is applied to analyse the proper measures to enlarge the good part and avoid the defect;Strategies including study of activity plan,auxiliary facilities plan,road network plan.Market pricing principle and operation measures at later stage are applied with supporting of government level to solve the present marketing problems and establish the system of marketing strategy for the project.Organizational structure suitable for the project shall be established according to the theories of project management and human resource management.On the premise of market demand,the project organizational structure is set up with innovated market mode and differentiated strategy,suggestions in motivation of salary,training,promotion,and humanistic care are proposed to support the project sustainable development.
