In the twenty-first Century,the most important resource for every organization is talented persons.Having good human resources means having a future.Where do talented persons come from? For a company,it can recruit from major universities,and then train them gradually,or recruit directly from the talent market.Let the headhunter help to find,and then hire them with high salaries or other generous benefits and so on.However,it is not enough to recruit more talents.More importantly,we must consider how to retain qualified personnel and arrange them in appropriate positions so that they can be used by the companies and play their due role in the long-term development of the company.This requires that units try their best to retain qualified personnel,especially young people,improve their job satisfaction and increase their sense of belonging,so as to enable them to devote more efforts into their work and create a new era.This paper applies literature,investigation and statistical analysis,takes the T Company young worker as the research object.According to the theory of employee satisfaction,I designed to issue and collect questionnaires and detailed the relevant data.Descriptive analysis,Spearman correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis of each dimension index were conducted by SPSS 22.0 software to find out the key factors improving the satisfaction of young workers in T Company,mainly includes satisfaction of work content,satisfaction of enterprise value and satisfaction of salary.Through empirical research,that T company can improve the job satisfaction of young workers through the following points: firstly,to establish the mechanism of man and post matching;Secondly,to promote the construction of enterprise culture;Thirdly,to improve the salary management system;Fourthly,to optimize the training mechanism of talent.Not only for T Company,many manufacturing enterprises are facing similar problems in the construction of a contingent of qualified personnel.Each generation of young people have their own unique ways of working and lifestyles.In-depth research targeting at them can provide a great example of talent management for other similar enterprises.
