Since ancient times, it is a common culture tradition of being attached to one’s native land in China. Since the reform and development of decades, the society got economic and social rapid development, also the implementation of economic and social development begin go to a new step named ‘NEW NORMAL’, so the growth of economic changed from high speed development to the medium-high-speed development. The age makes existence of a large number of migrant workers groups because the huge demands form society needs. At the same time, Separated registration system of the urban and rural areas and the dual economic structure of the urban and rural areas are the basic causes of the special social community of “ farmer workers ” in the process of urbanization of rural areas, as well as making rural migrant workers become the main group. Due to the institutional, cultural, migrant groups themselves and many other reasons, there is a big gap between the contribution the made and the return the got. In the face of the severe work status, the continued expansion of the gap may lead to the results may affect social stability and developmen if there is no measures to relieve the serious status. Therefore, the study of migrant groups, job satisfaction has become one of the important factors that affect the sustainable development of the society. Also the overall situation of the employment of migrant workers in various regions of the country are described and analyzed in this paper.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of migrant workers’ job satisfaction.Through the analysis of the basic connotation of the employment of migrant workers satisfaction to determine the remuneration for their work, working conditions,interpersonal relationship status, personnel’s own factors and social environment for employment as well as influence the satisfaction; This paper show the analysis of the employment of migrant workers satisfaction assessment from the view of workers in the area of industrial structure and corresponding policies.Build the model of job satisfaction influence factors and evaluation system of migrant workers. According to the principle of integrity, pertinence, operability and completeness, the research hypothesis was given, and the data were fitted by Logistic regression model, as well as determine the degree of influence and direction of various factors, determine the entire analysis of the influencing factors of system, theindex system not only on the theory of originality, and emphasizes the operability in practice.With the background of strength push development of central China area, this research select the 14 areas in Hunan Province as the research object area to conduct the empirical and obtain data through field research. Finally, using the multinomial Logistic model reveals the internal relations and the impact of job satisfaction of migrant workers and the choice of index level. The result of calculation fully considers the importance of evaluation data and the position weight, it has certain scientific nature.
