Research On The Food Safety Governance Of Universities

With the continuous attention of the state and society on food safety,the safety of food and beverage in colleges and universities has attracted much attention.Due to the high school population,the concentration of food,the high volume of food,the food safety management of colleges and universities is a relatively sophisticated governance problem.At present,the food safety management regulation system has not yet formed,mainly stay in independent colleges and universities,autonomous management of single management stage,under this background,the polycentric governance to delve into the food safety problem,not only meet the needs of the reform of higher education in our country,also real relationship between the university teachers' and students' food safety,have important theoretical and practical significance.The research of this article taking HuaQiao University as an example,in view of the current food security governance problems for research.In the process of this study,in view of the food safety management of related theory and the particularity of food safety administration in colleges and universities is analyzed,with the overseas Chinese university catering food safety governance practices for a specific case,through the overseas Chinese university in food safety governance of the risk of a loophole in the analysis of its causes,puts forward the food safety of polycentric governance countermeasure and the suggestion.Through the study,it shows that the HuaQiao University has had a significant improvement in food safety management through the practice of "6T",but there is still a lot of risk of vulnerability.It is not difficult to find out the reasons behind it.It is difficult to find the ideal effect of college food safety management on the single governance of university autonomy.It is necessary for the government,universities,industry organizations and student associations to participate in the work of food safety management in colleges and universities.It fully play four main body functions,perfect their respective regulatory and governance capacities,and establishes a multi-core governance model based on government regulation,base on that autonomy of colleges and university,guided by the industry organization and supported by the student association,so that the multi-center governance can maximize the effectiveness of the safety management of food and beverage products in colleges and universities.
