In recent years,with the global assets maneuvers and industrial upgrading,China's commercial banks are facing increasingly fierce market competition.Therefore,if enterprises want to develop in the fierce market competition,they must introduce human resource management system and performance appraisal system to improve the management level and performance level of human resources.Through the implementation of performance management,support for human resources development,recruitment,training,promotion,salary and overall motivation.The key is through the correct evaluation agencies at all levels,departments and staff performance,and organizational units and employees to achieve different performance results to give appropriate incentives,to promote the organization and improve employee performance levels,so as to continuously enhance the core competition ability,realize the overall strategic objectives of organization.This paper takes N bank as the research object,and makes a deep and systematic research on the present situation and the improvement system of performance appraisal in the human resources management of commercial banks in china.First of all,it introduces the research background and significance,research content and research methods,and describes the theoretical basis of performance appraisal and research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper analyzes the status of performance appraisal in N bank human resources,and analyzes the existing problems in the performance appraisal,such as the assessment orientation,staff performance improvement and other important processes and key links.According to the development target of N bank and the existing performance appraisal situation analysis,analysis of the current situation of the performance appraisal work,put forward many problems in the performance appraisal system,combined with the existing theory to improve the performance appraisal management system,and then improved the performance appraisal principles,performance appraisal,thought the performance evaluation framework and the performance appraisal process,put forward a set of scheme fit to the actual performance,after this improvement performance appraisal system for the implementation of the safeguard measures are described;the last part is the conclusion.This article refers to a large number of related materials,and through interviews,work observation and other methods to collect industry information.Some problems of the current performance appraisal faces were studied in detail,gives the exploratory design and construction method of innovative assessment methods and management mode,combined with the human resources appraisal system of N bank as a case,the author analyzes the innovative assessment methods and management mode,to improve and perfect the performance evaluation system plays a certain role.
