Study On The Coordinated Development Of Manufacturing And Logistics Industry From The Integrated Field Perspective

The transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry depends on the logistics industry to provide specialized logistics services to support it,outsourcing non-core business,integrating social and economic resources to improve core competitiveness and reduce overall operating costs;the same time,the logistics industry rely on manufacturing demand services to receive rapid development,the manufacturing industry provides an important basis of demand for the development of the logistics industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics in order to enhance the development level of both.This article studies the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry from the perspective of integrated field,summarizes the integration body,base nucleus,connection keys and so on,and designs these categories so as to promote the coordinated development of both industries.Applying integrated field theory to enhance the theoretical depth of the coordinated development of both industries,and to guide practice better.Firstly,this paper made a comprehensive review of the literature of manufacturing industry,logistics industry,coordinated development of two industries,coordination mode and coordinated empirical research,and making objective comments.Secondly,the integration body,base nucleus,connection keys in the manufacturing supply chain process and logistics chain in the integrated field and the coordinated relationship between two industries is described.Then,the level of coordinated development between manufacturing and logistics industry is evaluated and analyzed,and the internal and external dynamic factors and constraints that affect the coordinated development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry are analyzed.Then,analyzing the coordinated development stage and the characteristics of each stage.It elaborates the theory of synergetic and compound system,establishes the synergy measurement model,and evaluates the synergy level in two aspects.Based on the analysis of Guanzhong urban agglomeration's present situation of the development of manufacturing and logistics industry,this paper takes Guanzhong urban agglomeration as the empirical research object and quantitatively estimates the coordinated development of the two industries,and concludes that the overall level of coordinated development of the two industries remains in a lagging state,and gives a specific development strategy.Finally,we select typical companies as a case to conduct research based on the perspective of the integrated field,and derive the applicability and practical guidance of integrated field theory in the collaborative development of manufacturing and logistics industry,Finally,from the perspective of the integration field,the integrated body,the core and the linkage keys for the coordinated development of the two industries are designed to provide suggestions for the coordinated development of the two industries,and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading.
