Research On The Benefit Evaluation Of Rural Settlements Renovation Of Nan Zheng

The rapid development of economy is accompanied by the occupation of cultivated land.And it is not feasible to increase cultivated land area through land development.At present,the level of modern agriculture in China is not high enough,so the productivity level of cultivated land is also relatively low.In addition,in August 2017 the Land expropriation catalogue is revised,and the catalogue lists the scope of the public use of the land.If it doesn't belong to the public interests,the right to land expropriation shall not be used.So it is more difficult to increase the area of construction land through land expropriation.The improvement of rural residential area can change the situation of unordered use and inefficient use of rural land,it is not only increase the area of cultivated land to some extent,but also alleviate the contradiction of the shortage of urban construction land.So it is particularly important to evaluate the benefits after renovation of rural residential areas.Through the evaluation of the efficiency of rural settlements regulation,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the mode of rural settlements regulation,so that the efficiency of regulation is more obvious and the renovation work is more smooth.This benefits of rural residential area renovation are subdivided from eight aspects,and selects 46 indicators to build an evaluation index system of rural residential land consolidation benefit.The direct measurement,GIS spatial analysis method and Fragstats landscape analysis method are selected,besides besides entropy weight method combined with multi factor comprehensive evaluation are also used to evaluate the efficiency of the rural residential areas in 12 towns in Nanzheng County,and give some suggestions on improving the efficiency of rural residential settlement.The results of this study are as follows:(1)After the renovation of the rural settlements in the 12 towns in Nanzheng County,all the benefits were positive changes,only the rural labor index,the average tillage radius index,the landscape diversity index and the landscape uniformity index were negative benefits;(2)After the renovation of the rural settlements in the 12 towns in Nanzheng County,The comprehensive benefit evaluation value is 88.49,and the evaluation value is divided into good level;the value of the social benefit evaluation is 91.12,reaching the excellent level;the evaluation value of the economic benefit is 89.90,reaching a good level;the evaluation value of the ecological benefit is 84.45,reaching the general level;(3)The results of the evaluation model are tested by the results of the direct calculation method.The results show that the evaluation results are practical and scientific.Based on the study of Nanzheng County,the project will provide suggestions for the renovation of rural residential areas.
