In the modern community,although economic development has accelerated,the consumption of energy sources become more and more,deepening the world energy crisis.Renewable sources will take place of the traditional sources.It is a trend.Electric power industry is one of the pillar industries which use vast energy.As one of clean energies,the unlimited solar power which needn't be driven by mechanical energy will be a trend for the future of electric power development.The paper analyses the evaluation of the research for 60 MWp PV power plant in Mauritius which was invested by D company.Recently Chinese photovoltaics enterprises have had the highest percent share and become the second player in the world,strengthening bilateral trades between China and Africa.The photovoltaics products have been sold abroad.How to use an evaluation study at the early stage of the project to decide photovoltaics power stations' investment,that will be the principal problem to the Chinese photovoltaics enterprises.The 60 MWp PV power plant invested by D company in Mauritius is the representative project invested in Africa.The evaluation research of the project will provide important information and reference for other Chinese investors in Africa,especially for that in energy industry.First,the paper introduces the background and significance.Second,it introduces relative theories of feasibility study and evaluation research.Based on theoretical analysis,we evaluate necessity of the whole project by the feasibility study.We focus on technology evaluation,financial benefit evaluation and risk management,using financial method of vertical and dynamic analysis,and put forward the plan of the project �Once-through design,Once-through develop�.We will build a 60 MWp PV power system,a 22Kv-66 Kv switch station,a control center,inner roads and walls.And we control all kinds of risk of the project.For Chinese organizations investing the projects at overseas,especially in African countries,we may help Chinese enterprises make right decisions under the current background.At last,we summarize the demonstration and analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the 60 MWp PV Power Plant invested by D company.
