To respond positively to national building a moderately prosperous society and realizing basic modernization policies,The central government will actively and steady,solidly,and comprehensively promote critical path of the new type of urbanization to achieve "China Dream".Promoting the development of urban infrastructure upgrade at the insistence of urban-rural integration,ecological civilization and sustainable development of the new concept of urbanization development background,and the new concept of urbanization infrastructure will enjoy the "innovation,green,energy-saving" and other new elements which will acquire a great significance to urban social and economic integration of environmental sustainability.Project delivery model with the construction of the project itself and technology development and innovation continues to evolve.In social development,the scale of construction projects,technology,process,quality and other requirements as well as the owners of the project to maximize the interests of the requirements continuous improvement of the background,DBB(Design-Bid-Build,Design / Bid / Build),DB(Design-build,Design/ Build)and CM(Construction Management,construction management)and other traditional project delivery model has been the emergence of various drawbacks,which can't meet the practical requirements of the development of the construction industry.Development of information technology,especially BIM technology more and more mature in China,in the process of the application of our traditional project delivery model which has conceived a new project delivery model---IPD(integrated project delivery model).Research at home and abroad shows that the application of this model allows owners to save 10%-20% of the project costs,but also makes up the traditional project delivery model in legal disputes,claims,cultural are not uniform and other issues.In the country made great efforts to promote the new urbanization development background,this paper argues that should explore a new type of project delivery models in infrastructure construction and implementation process in order to adapt to the new development needs of modernization,as well as the wisdom of urban construction proposed a new feasible solution.This paper analyzes the present situation of BIM in the application,the dialectical relationship between BIM and IPD,domestic and international infrastructure projects and the IPD mode application status at home and abroad,based on team theory,management theory and VFM value theory,firstly,the connotation of the new type of urbanization in China,new urbanization infrastructure projects have been defined clearly the meaning of this article in the new town background infrastructure projects;secondly,the key elements of IPD model are comparatively analyzed which makes this model successful implementation in china;again,this paper put forward five key elements of IPD model in China successful implementation,namely BIM,cultural,legal,accurate construction,organization and establishment team;this paper,the key performance indicators(KPI)is introduced into the performance evaluation of IPD project to constructing the IPD project performance appraisal conceptual model,through literature study and questionnaire method,this paper identifies 56 the IPD project performance appraisal indicators,The key per performance comparative analysis system of IPD mode has been established;the papers use the analytic hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the performance evaluation model of IPD project;Finally,this paper selects a city subway project on this article the index system and evaluation model for empirical analysis.
