Study On Rural Commercial Endowment Insurance In Jilin Province

With the rapid development of China's national economy and the improvement of medical standards,our life expectancy to extend continuously,the population aging problems increasing seriously.At present due to the shrinking family size,the speeding up of urbanization,the way of rural traditional family endowment and land endowment in weakening,the rural endowment problem relative to the urban residents is more urgent,need to be addressed.Although the new type rural social endowment insurance is expanding coverage in gradually,in order to solve the problem of rural residents that old-age security,but which maintain a low security level,it is too difficult to sustain the rural residents in later life.Jilin province as one of the famous agriculture province in our country,there are lots of rural population,to solve the problem of endowment of tens of thousands of rural residents is imminent,commercial endowment insurance is an important part of rural social security system,has its inherent advantages,its pay cost free and flexible,and it can provide residents pension demand with multi-level and high quality,and it plays an important role to alleviate the pressure of the rural social old-age security.This paper consists of six chapters,the structure framework is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part,put forward the research background and significance,the research achievements with domestic scholars and foreign scholars about the rural commercial endowment insurance,and the research idea,method and innovation point of this article,etc.The second chapter is about the theoretical analysis of rural commercial endowment insurance,the theory of endowment insurance consumption,the theory of government and the market relations,the theory of insurance function,Maslow's hierarchy of needs.The third chapter analysis the present situation of rural resident endowment and the effect of development of commercial endowment insurance of Jilin province,firstly introduces the basic pension status quo of rural residents in Jilin province,and then put forward the effect of development the commercial endowment insurance.The fourth chapter introduces the problems existing in the development of rural commercial endowment insurance and the main constraint,It is adopted the method of questionnaires,in this methods we can get real data and we can find problems existing in the development of commercial endowment insurance more accurate,the main problems are the low rate of buying commercial endowment insurance,the high price of insurance products the service management of insurance company is relative lag,the supervision mechanism in insurance market is not mature and the government has no obvious policy support,etc.In the last,it is a summary of this part about the causes of forming problem.The fifth chapter is empirical analysis of the purchase ability about the rural residents of Jilin province to buy commercial endowment insurance,this chapter compiled rural residents' basic data about income and expenditure between 2005 to 2016 years of Jilin province,and using the extended linear expenditure system model(ELES)to analysis the empirical data,finally,through the empirical results show that rural residents of Jilin province has the ability to pay for commercial endowment insurance.the sixth chapter is the analysis of the above,this part make a summarize,and according to the above problems existing in the development of rural commercial endowment insurance,the empirical analysis results,this part puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures,such as exploring the effective way to develop rural commercial endowment insurance,to make commercial endowment insurance in rural areas of Jilin province plays a proper role,improving the quality of rural residents in their later life.
