| City distribution is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,which is the basic support to ensure the normal operation of the urban economy and society.The macro city distribution industry must be based on individual enterprise operation.As the city policy is in full swing,to study policy effect of city policy on the efficiency of city distribution,clarify the operation mechanism and development mechanism of city distribution,and grasp the influence mechanism and influence degree of city distribution efficiency and policy,which can improve the efficiency of city distribution,reduce distribution costs,optimize the allocation of resources,promoting economic transformation.In this paper,the theory and model of system dynamics is used as the research method,and the distribution system of enterprise is used as the research object,and a dynamic model of city distribution system is built to research on the efficiency of city distribution of enterprise,and implementation of logistics policies in Nanchang is simulated.Firstly,the elements and structure of city distribution system is analyzed.According to the actual situation of city distribution industry,the influence of economic factors,traffic factors and environmental factors on the city distribution system is mainly considered in the analysis of the structure of city distribution.Secondly,the efficiency of city distribution is evaluated from the economic and technical aspects.After analyzing the relationship among the elements in the city distribution system,the feedback loop is determined so as to construct the dynamic model of Nanchang enterprise city distribution system.The value of the variable and parameters is also determined to construct the dynamic equation and draw the system flow chart.Finally,the simulation of Vensim software is carried out.Comparative statistical yearbook data is used for historical testing,and the future development trend of Nanchang enterprise city distribution system is forecasted and analyzed according to the simulation results.Three policies were simulated including Nanchang City Distribution pilot project,traffic limit regulation and new energysubsidies.And the impacts of policies on the main elements in enterprise city distribution system and distribution efficiency are analyzed.The results show that the implementation of the pilot project of urban distribution in Nanchang has played a certain role in promoting business development and profitability,but it has not achieved significant results for urban distribution efficiency.The new traffic restriction regulations implemented in Nanchang in 2018 not only increased the cost of enterprises,but also reduced the distribution efficiency of enterprises,which had negative effects on the development of urban distribution industry.If the new energy policy can be implemented,it can not only reduce the cost of the enterprise,but also can obviously improve the efficiency of the distribution of the enterprise. |
