In promoting the continued emission of emerging technologies,,more and more companies pay attention to internal training,,many companies for internal training have their own unique way,,but the effect is not particularly ideal.So since the practical problems will appear in the internal training management of our company is to establish a settlement,,with the times,,knowledge and scientific internal staff training management system in China is an important subject faced by the company,so this paper made some research on the company's employee training.Hope to establish company internal training management system play a positive role in china.In this paper,from the perspective of the company's training staff,RH company as an example:The company staff training analysis problems,work status,starting from the present situation of personnel of RH company,RH company currently found in the staff training problems,including did not establish a correct concept of human resource management,the relevant assessment system is not perfect,for investment in training less funds,training management lack of planning the scientific system of personnel training mode and content rich enough;Secondly according to the common problems of staff training in RH are discussed and in-depth analysis of its problems including the lack of attention to the lack of training training on the difficulty of understanding there is no specific training training of personnel training without characteristics insufficient attention;Again combined with the actual situation of RH company aiming at the existing problems in the staff training system put forward the construction of employee training system of RH company to determine the implementation method of staff training system construction good security;Finally in accordance with the principle of proceeding from reality the author puts forward the construction of RH company's employee training system,and makes the method suitable for the training of employees in our company.In theory,we use foreignmature training methods to solve the practical problems in the company,and make a comparison and analysis.Using the method of investigation,case analysis,literature research and other comprehensive research methods to solve the existing problems of RH company to solve the actual situation and make the corresponding training system and process and evaluation.
