The important force of sustainable development of enterprises comes from excellent talents.In the management of modern enterprises,talent management is gradually being taken seriously by enterprises.In the process of human resource development,the core work has also turned to employee training.However,because many companies do not use modern theories to sort out and guide people in terms of talent management and preparation,there is no professional personnel in the training management process to guide them.This results in the existence of many talent management systems established by enterprises.Defects and loopholes have always been very blind when conducting project training.This has led to a very unsatisfactory training effect.The cost of training for companies to invest in is not directly proportional to the output of talents.The main research object of this paper is the employee training system of Jiangxi Tengyi Company.It uses modern training theories and related knowledge to optimize its design and builds a good employee training system for the company.Of course,the research results of this article are also very useful and practical for other private enterprises.The research object of the paper is the staff training system of Jiangxi Tengyi Co.,focusing on the use of practical research and theoretical research methods.At the same time,it uses case studies,literature analysis,questionnaires,and field interviews to carry out the company's current employee training system and analyze the company's operating conditions,employee structure,employee training system management,implementation and effectiveness.Based on this,find out the problems and causes of the company's employee training system.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,we found problems in Tengyi's employee training.The main problems are: the current employee training system is not perfect,the implementation of regular employee training is not strong,there is no effective evaluation method for employee training,and the enthusiasm of employees to participate in training is not high enough.In response to the above problems,the paper proposes the optimization measures for Jiangxi Tengyi's employee training system.First of all,it identifies the objectives,ideas,and principles for the optimization of Jiangxi Tengyi's employee training system,and then completes Tengyi's employee training system from four aspects.Training regulations and systems at all levels and at all levels shall strengthen the supervision over the implementation of staff training,strengthen the evaluation of the effectiveness of staff training,and improve the incentive system for staff training.The paper has important significance for Jiangxi Tengyi company to improve the employee training system,enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of staff training,improve the company's soft power,and enhance the company's development potential.It also provides specific implementation strategies and safeguard measures for the relevant theories of the company's employee training system.It is a good case study for the academic community to research,build,and improve employee training.It also has certain theoretical reference value for the research on the training of other employees' training systems.
