This thesis is a study around the general assembly line production the Unibod structureof automobile (truck, SUV).In this thesis, a mixed line production mode main modules:The final assembly line in vehicle manufacturing companies remains the key link of theprocess between components and off line of vehicles. There are two modes for the finalassembly line, one is specific production and the other is mixed-line production (also calledflexible production line). Ford mode boasts the most typical features of the assembly line,namely, the production mode on a large scale but with low varieties. Workers are consideredas robots of the production line to some extent. Instead, Toyota mode belongs to pullingproduction based on JIT so as to quickly meet the challenge of small orders andmulti-varieties in the market.The advantage of specific production line lies on the relatively fixed assembling process,low requirement for line through, relatively simple structure, small amount of initialinvestment, and low maintenance cost and stable operation after being put into production,all of which contributes to the efficient and stable mass production of special vehicle models.However, the disadvantage is that mixed-line production cannot be conducted formulti-variety vehicles, which together with weak growth and short life cycle, leads to poorimprovement of enterprise competition.The basic process of automotive manufacturer is exactly to assemble components andparts to the moving body according to certain process sequence and finally generate vehicleproducts through manual means (or manual means aided by equipment and machinery).During the development of more than ten years, vehicle allocation and difference hasbecome more and more complicated and mixed-line production has also got common alongwith sharp increase of vehicle product models and categories.Vehicle product, being typical representatives of modern industry, is in the downstreamof production chain with complex assembling process. Therefore, for mixed production ofmulti-variety vehicles, it is vital to make verification before launch, optimize assembling process planning and conduct efficient management of production process after launch. Themixed production of assembling line is converted from relatively definite and static featureto uncertain and dynamic feature. The product properties should have a range of variationsbased on the change of customer demands. Sometimes the product object goes beyond thedesign intended capability of production line, which consequently should boast dynamicadjustment abilities, namely, quick adjustment of workstation, process sequence, materialfeeding and transfer system, transportation, tooling and fixture and so on, to adaptmixed-line production of new products.1.Mixed line production model: mixed line production process soundness, technologyspecifications, process changes, process control, continuous improvement process aspects ofsoundness; mixed line production quality operating system, from the QOS run expoundedquality stability of mixed production line; the mixing production equipment protection,personnel training.2, mixed line production logistics system: including inventory, feeding, materialhandling automation. Total mixed line production model assembly line, the form ofdistribution of materials, distribution methods proposed enormous requirements, ideal forlogistics planning is synchronized logistics ", that is in need of time desired location,delivery number variety of needs, needs qualified quality materials3-station process control (ISPC): continuous improvement tools, quality feedbacksystem including quality process system (QPS), operator work instruction book (OIS), theunit of work table (WES), on the control of the station on the flexible production, a soundstation is the basis of steady production line, is the basic unit of the flexible production.Productivity improvement analysis: including balance wall in a flexible production line,technology balance, improved productivity improvement point, the coordination of theprocess of the flexible production.Study of the following elements of these modules and module, the analysis of therelationship between them, a mixed line production model to derive the total assembly linemodel, the model of the new general assembly line or mixed line production model for the purpose of existing transform the general assembly line, can play a certain referencesignificance to have practical value.
