The choice of enterprise development strategy is related to whether the enterprise can survive and develop the first problem.It should combine the socio-economic macro environment from the company's own positioning and resource basis,combining and comparing various factors to make a rational choice.Diversification is a kind of growth or expansion that the company develops to a certain stage and seeks for long-term development,and it is also a more feasible way of decentralizing the risks from product and market.Cangzhou Bohai Company(hereinafter referred to as “Bohai Company”)is a typical diversified investment group company.After more than 10 years of development,its business scope covers infrastructure construction,urban service operations,crude oil liquefaction transfer,financial guarantees,tourism investment,Multi-industry clusters such as port logistics and real estate development.Bohai Co.,Ltd.currently faces profound changes in its internal and external environment including its policy environment.How to use external advantages to overcome internal deficiencies and choose an investment strategy that meets its own conditions and market development is an important issue affecting the future development of the company.This paper takes the Bohai Corporation's investment diversification strategy research as the main line,uses the PEST analysis method,conducts a comprehensive analysis of the political,economic,social and cultural factors as the external environmental factors of the Bohai Sea,and adopts the Boolean model analysis method and SWOT analysis to carry out the Bohai Sea Analyze the five major competitive advantages of competitors and suppliers in Bohai.Suppliers and buyers systematically analyze competitive environmental factors such as pricing,potential access,and alternative threats.Through micro-environment analysis,the company's internal personnel,organizational structure and operation conditions were analyzed,and the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats were thoroughly studied.Based on this,combined with the diversified development history of Bohai Company,he analyzed the internal and external causes of diversification of the company.Based on the above analysis,we have chosen a strategy for investment diversification,combining the two strategies of SO strategy and WO strategy,using external opportunities,giving full play to advantages,overcoming shortcomings,and constantly improving investment strategies.In the selection of industrial clusters,the Group will focus on the development of port logistics andcrude oil liquefaction trans-shipment groups,and selectively develop urban service industries,commercial real estate,financial guarantees,municipal construction and tourism investment,and gradually withdraw from the markets such as hotels to fully compete in groups.At the same time,the company's diversified operations also face certain risks,including weak links in non-dominant industries,lack of profitability of leading industries,increased management difficulties,and increased operating costs.Finally,this paper puts forward the implementation method and control measures of the company's investment diversification strategy.Bohai Co.,Ltd.is in a critical period of corporate transformation and development.This paper was completed under such a background.Through the study of this paper,we can explore the road to “grouping and diversification” that suits the long-term development of Bohai Company.Helped.
