Study On Strategy Of Bohai Drilling Engineering Company Limited Downhole Technology Service Company,CPNC

With the development of the integration of world economy, enterprises share vasterdevelopment prospects and yet the competition has become even more intense. Only byadapting to the situation and strengthening the management of enterprise-strategy can CNPCBohai Drilling Engineering Company Limited Downhole Technology Service Company(hereinafter referred to DTSC) be able to stand out in today’s competitive market. And ourdevelopment goals will only be achieved by seizing development opportunities throughmanagement of enterprise-strategy and overcoming our shortcomings.This paper systematically elaborates on the theory of strategy management, and analyzesthe external environment and internal resources of DTSC through three links (strategicanalysis, strategy formulation and strategy implementation). On this basis, the externaldevelopment opportunities and possible threats as well as the internal strengths andweaknesses are analyzed through the SWOT analysis method in order to get a preferredenterprise development strategy, and to eventually put forward supporting measures for thestrategy implementation.There are seven sections in this paper.
