As the socialist market economy continues to grow and develop,after years of innovation and development,domestic enterprises are gradually entering a crucial period of steady growth of enterprises.The role of human resources in the enterprise has also been promoted to a strategic level.In some enterprises,the human resources management department has been transformed from a functional support department into a strategic business unit.However,if an enterprise wants to discover and train its talents and create valuable talents for the enterprise,it needs a set of scientific compensation system to protect its enterprises.Nowadays,payroll management has become the core content of human resources management in an enterprise,which is closely linked with the human resource development strategy of an enterprise.Reasonable and effective compensation system can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,but also to attract and retain talented people to stay in the enterprise.This paper firstly summarizes the background and significance of the research on the compensation system optimization of Beijing inconver Investment Co.,Ltd.It summarizes the relevant research and theory of the salary and compensation system,then investigates the current situation of the compensation system according to the questionnaire and analyzes the existing problems in the system of compensation system.On the premise of focusing on solving the internal incentive of salary management system and lacking of internal fairness,the principle and target of redesigning the compensation system were determined based on the strategic direction of human resources of the Company.On this basis,the remuneration system was redesigned.Based on the above work,we draw conclusions.This paper optimizes the design of the new compensation system,the worker's income level and job responsibility size,the level of risk,the size of the contribution of enterprises combine to scientifically and reasonablely open employee income levels and establish an effective incentive mechanism to form Beijing inconver Investment Co.,Ltd compensation management system.
