With the coming of the era of knowledge economy and the rapid growth of national economy,education and training industry is blossoming.Because the human resource becomes the core competitiveness of folk education and training institutions in these days,it plays a very important role in corporate competitive advantage.By building an effective compensation system,compensation management,which is the major subdivision of the human resource management,can drive the incentive mechanism of the company.Meanwhile,the initiative and job performance of all staff are improved and the corporate economic benefit is growing in the long term.Focusing on education and training institutions,XY Education Company,XY for short,has been taken as the object of study in this paper,and advanced theories in compensation management are used to analyze the issues of XY.Considering the characteristics of XY and its business development strategy,a new and effective compensation system is designed to adapt the current situation in XY's compensation management system,based on employee's experiences and education background.In the study,general situation of XY compensation system is explored at first,in order to find out the real problems.And then,applying the scientific methods to set up the new compensation system for XY to stabilize and enhance the employee's qualities.Last but not least,constructive suggestions for implementation is mentioned in the paper.They would ensure that the new compensation system could be working in the future and be instilling energy into XY.In conclusion,the study of designing compensation system of XY is aimed at improving and refining the compensation management system,which can provide a reference example for other institutions.
