With the acceleration of the deepening reform of the state-owned banks and the deepening of the opening of the domestic financial market,various financial institutions are constantly merging and intersecting,and the market challenges and survival crises faced by banks and other major financial institutions are increasing.In this situation,the financial institutions must firmly grasp the core of the "talent" competition.In order to achieve this goal,it is very important to strengthen the staff training and optimize the training system in the system of human resource management system.The so-called training system is first a system,and a complete,integrated and integrated system is closely related to each other.Training system not only includes training needs and training contents,but also includes training mode,training resources and training effect.B bank,which founded in 1996,is a new type of joint-stock commercial bank.It is now the largest city commercial bank in China and the third largest bank in Beijing.In recent years,B bank S branch has actively carried out the construction of employee training system,which covers all aspects of product knowledge,risk control,bank service etiquette,business development,post skills,system management and so on,and has achieved a series of training results.But the B bank S branch of the training system still has many problems,mainly in the absence of training needs analysis,training content to pay enough attention to the lack of flexibility and adaptability,a single mode of training,training resources construction is not in place and training evaluation form.Under the new era,B bank S branch should explore and establish a more targeted and timeliness training system.Follow the principles of efficiency,strategic,systematic,individualized instruction on the principles of B bank S branch from the following aspects: to carry out the optimization of the training system of competency training needs analysis,training content to enhance the abundance and adaptability,innovation training mode,strengthen training resources construction and perfect training effect evaluation based on.In addition,the B bank S branch still needs to optimize the training system in the training concept,information system,organizational structure,enterprise culture and so on.
