One of the layers of enterprise internal management of the enterprise plays an important role in the operation of normal.In order to improve the comprehensive ability of management,enterprises need to implement a series of targeted training for managers,aiming at maximize the training value.Donghua Automobile Industrial Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Donghua Company)is the Nanjing region's main car service,car parts production of state-owned asset holding company,the Nanjing region and even in Jiangsu province are the typical state-owned enterprise.Taking Donghua Company as the main research object,using a variety of methods,from the perspective of its practical application,summarizes the Donghua Company's existing management personnel training system characteristics,sums up their deficiencies,and put forward a new design scheme.Donghua company has 8 departments,staff 7000 people,including management staff of more than 700 people,managers mainly refers to include(deputy)monitor level of grass-roots management personnel and level(deputy)general manager or senior management personnel.Management has the diversity of management layers,the sex ratio imbalance,demographic characteristics of age level distribution.The existing management personnel training system of training management,training courses and training implementation conditions is analyzed,summarized the Donghua company management personnel training mainly exists the following questions:Managers and trainers management system is not perfect.The training course of low,single teaching form and the connectivity between each department training is not strong.Training evaluation standard single and lack of evaluation after the treatmentThrough analysis for the defects,and puts forward for Donghua company management personnel training system design scheme.First of all,to make the design of the three training system principle,namely: follow the development of the strategic objectives,in line with the organization of the enterprise planning and actual demand for managers.In order to close to the design principles basis,needs analysis,plan,implementation control four one of the training system and training effect evaluation framework.Through the analysis of the management,it needs to enhance the ability of each layer management in order to satisfy the training needs.Layers of management training courses are designed respectively and annual training plan are given.Moreover,this paper set up a trainer selection training standards,training implementation related list and training evaluation benchmark.Finally,in order to ensure that the training run smoothly,this article from the enterprise level,organization level and hardware level to ensure training required.
