With the financial environment changing profoundly in the new era,the competition among the banks tends to be increasingly complicated and fierce,thus the development of banking industry requires higher quality of employees and higher level of human resources.Staff training and education is the most effective approaches and means of cultivating talents,so a staff training system with complete factors,a reasonable structure,and well-rounded functions is essential.To adapt to the development of society and market demands,significant research topics of improving enterprises' core competitiveness include following aspects: optimization measures of the bank's staff training system,establishment of a systematic and full-process training system,incessant discovery of the potential of the talent resources,and enhancement of the construction of professional talent teams.In usual occasions,the training system contains four major components: training management,course management,teachers' team management,and training evaluation management,which are closely related to the staff's job promotion system and salary compensation system.Generally speaking,these components are the keys of the training system,as well as important parts that state-owned commercial bank training system needs to optimize urgently.Although the existing training system of the KF branch of JH State-owned Commercial Bank has been perfected year by year,there still remain many problems.Through employee interviews and questionnaires,the author finds that the KF branch,as a secondary branch,still has to resolve evident problems like the incomplete training system design,a less strategy-oriented training content planning,insufficient attention on the training demand survey,unsubstantial training faculty,together with the single and ossified training approaches.The problems above severely constrain the effectiveness of the training system,affect the development of training courses,obstruct the reserve of core talents in KF branches,and also hinder the employees from improving their comprehensive capabilities and releasing their passion and vitality in their work.In 2018,JH State-owned Commercial Bank established a corporate university,integrated a network platform both online and offline,and advocated to construct a multilevel lecturer team.In fact,these three new changes did bring opportunities to the basic-level traditional training system,but they were not effectively operated.By referring to crucial opportunities of technological development,progress of the Internet industry,and open resources of corporate university,this article will propose constructive measures to complete training content,improve the teachers' quality,and expand training channels at multiple levels.Furthermore,this paper will also resolve obvious problems of traditional training system,as well as optimize and establish a progressive training system by means of evaluating training effects,strengthening training points management,and so on.This paper hopes to seize the opportunity of optimizing the training system to promote the training effects of the employees in the bank,help the employees obtain better development,and improve their abilities as well as performance.Meanwhile,this paper also hopes to use innovative training forms to solve the dilemma of corporate training,improve the quality and value of employees,and achieve the goal of developing enterprises through training and enhancing the competitiveness of the bank.Moreover,the author wishes this paper to be a reference for the design of the training system of the state-owned banking industry,and to contribute to researches on corporate training.
