Research On The Occurrence Mechanism Of Farmers' Entrepreneurship

Under the call of the "State Business Development and Innovation" of the State Council,"Entrepreneurship" has become an important topic for the promotion of economic development.At present,the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in China is still very serious,and it has become a shortcoming for building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.Under this background,encouraging and supporting peasant entrepreneurship is regarded as an effective way to promote the increase of peasants'income and promote the development of rural economy.It has become the government's policy direction to solve the "three rural issues" problem.In recent years,in order to promote the pace of agricultural modernization,the government encourages farmers to use the family as the unit to contract land,implement large-scale production,and support the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers in the form of establishing a family farm;in order to promote the increase of farmers' income and fully utilize rural resources.The development of the rural economy stimulates the endogenous motive force of the rural economy,breaks through the traditional small-scale peasant economy,cultivates new professional farmers,and solves the problem of "who will plant the land in the future".Driven by policies,the practice of agriculture-related entrepreneurship in rural areas as a carrier for family farms has flourished.However,the existing research has not paid enough attention to this entrepreneurial phenomenon.For a long time,domestic scholars have focused on the research of the micro-level impact factors on farmers' entrepreneurial issues,and have not revealed enough about the intrinsic mechanism of farmers' entrepreneurial behaviors and processes.At present,there are still many problems in farmers' entrepreneurship in rural areas in China.How to actively promote and scientifically support farmers' entrepreneurship has become an important issue of concern at all levels of government.Therefore,this paper tries to combine the characteristics of the farmers themselves and the characteristics of the entrepreneurial environment in rural areas,taking the example of the farmers' founding of family farms,to reveal the mechanism of farmers' entrepreneurship in rural areas in order to scientifically understand and explain farmers' entrepreneurial activities in rural areas.The mechanism of the farmers' entrepreneurship attempts to answer such a question-what kind of internal and external factors are the peasants,embark on the road to entrepreneurship,and evolve from a potential entrepreneur to a real entrepreneur?Therefore,this paper draws on the opportunity-centered entrepreneurial process theory and decomposes the mechanism of peasant entrepreneurship into three major stages:the generation of farmers' entrepreneurial awareness,the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,and the use and development of entrepreneurial opportunities;Investigate the entrepreneurial cases of farmers who founded family farms and explore the internal factors(human capital,social capital,and economic capital)of the farmer entrepreneurs and the external environmental factors(financial environment,social cultural environment,and policy environment)of the rural entrepreneurs.The impact and mechanism of action,and ultimately the construction of the farmers' entrepreneurial occurrence mechanism map.
