As a group that has attracted much attention in our country,the migration of migrant workers groups has been an important phenomenon since the rapid and rapid development of China's reform and opening up.With the development of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," the willingness of migrant workers to return home to start a business is growing.The phenomenon of peasant workers returning home to start a business has also become a new situation for the corresponding call.Scholars of various disciplines A status quo to make an interpretation and analysis,and as the focus of our current urbanization process.The state and all levels of government have also issued various supporting policies and measures to support the corresponding phenomenon and support and encourage the return of migrant workers to start businesses.In-depth study of the influencing factors affecting the migrant workers' home-based entrepreneurship will have important practical value in improving the entrepreneurial willingness of migrant workers and effectively promoting their return to their hometowns.In this paper,migrant workers of different ages and genders are selected as the research object,starting with the impact of the migrant workers' own situation on their hometowns and their willingness to return to their hometowns,and through the investigation of 300 migrant workers' entrepreneurial willingness in yaan City,Sichuan Province.The results of the survey analyzed the impact of their own situation on the willingness of young migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses,and found that the important factors affecting entrepreneurship are easy to provide theoretical guidance for promoting entrepreneurship activities.The research results show that gender has a significant impact on the willingness to return home.Compared with women,men are more willing to return to their hometowns,and men have considered the number of entrepreneurs.In the future,they think that they may start businesses more than women.The impact of age on the willingness to return home to entrepreneurship is reflected in the fact that with the increase of age,the willingness to return to their hometowns is generally declining.Young peasant workers under the age of 28 have the strongest desire for entrepreneurship,and 82.8% of young migrant workers now have entrepreneurial ventures.Willingness,and with age,the willingness of migrant workers to start business in the future is gradually declining,and the number of people who have considered entrepreneurship has gradually increased;for married status,married people are now most willing to return home,and unmarried people say that the future may be The possibility of returning home to start a business is greatest;the degree of education has a greater impact on the willingness to start a business.People with a lower level of culture have not returned to their hometown hospitals in the near future.Highly-educated people have more willingness to start businesses in the near future.The income of migrant workers is the most direct factor that affects the willingness of migrant workers to return home to start businesses.The high-income and low-income rural migrant workers group now has a weaker willingness to return home,and middle-income migrant workers now have a greater desire to return home to start businesses.As income increases,the number of respondents who have considered entrepreneurship and the number of future migrant workers who wish to start their own businesses have increased significantly.Finally,this article puts forward policy recommendations to promote young migrant workers to return home to start businesses.
