Study On Optimization Of Pindustrial Chain In Baoding Mancheng District

This article first analyzes the background of the persimmon industry chain in Mancheng District of Baoding City,Hebei Province,based on the proposal for the Central No.1 Document in 2017.With the development of the nutritional value of persimmons,the development of the persimmon industry chain is becoming more and more complete.Districts attach particular importance to the development of the persimmon industry.In comparison,the development of the Mancheng Mopan Persimmon seems to be particularly lagging behind.In recent years,the persimmon planting area and persimmon yield in Mancheng District of Baoding City have stabilized,but the sales price of persimmons has been unstable.The phenomenon of “persimmon farmers hurt farmers” has appeared repeatedly,causing economic losses and waste of natural resources of persimmon farmers.How to effectively realize the market value of persimmons and truly develop the persimmon industry as a characteristic and advantageous industry that promotes the increase of farmers' income and promotes the quality and efficiency of agriculture.It is a major problem facing the city of Baoding.In this regard,this paper proposes the research purpose of optimizing persimmon industrial chain structure in Mancheng District of Baoding City.This article selects Persimmon Industry Chain in Mancheng District of Baoding City,Hebei Province,as the study object,and uses transaction cost theory,information asymmetry theory and industrial chain optimization theory as the theoretical basis of this study.Systematic analysis,literature research and interdisciplinary research methods are used to systematically analyze the persimmon industry chain in Mancheng District of Baoding City,Hebei Province.In terms of research contents,firstly,the development status of the persimmon industry chain in Mancheng District of Baoding City,Hebei Province is summarized.Secondly,analyze the problems existing in each link of the development of the persimmon industry chain in the district,and analyze the causes of the problems.Then,through the case study of the typical persimmon industry chain in China,the experience is drawn;Finally,for the current Hebei Province The problems in the persimmon industry chain in Mancheng District of Baoding City provide specific suggestions.Based on the above analysis,this paper has drawn the following conclusions: First,the persimmon tree planted in Mancheng District,Baoding City,Hebei Province,has a vast area of planting,and is rich in persimmon fruit production.It is an important persimmon production area in China,but it is in planting technology,processing technology,product categories.As well as the sales model,there are still problems in market branding,government support,guidance and supervision,insufficient perseverance,low investment in scientific research,and limited brand promotion.Secondly,there is a problem with needles.In Mancheng District of Baoding City,it is necessary to try out a new mode of production in the production process,establish professional farmer cooperatives,ensure the source of raw materials,and mutually benefit the processing enterprises;play a leading role in the processing of leading enterprises and cultivate “leaders”."Enterprise + cooperative + farmer+demonstration base" organization model,to achieve industrialization of enterprises,while strengthening research and investment,the introduction of new types of persimmon processing products;innovative marketing model in the sales cycle,open up the road to network marketing,while doing a good job branding,open the market.Innovation points: First,a systematic analysis of the persimmon industry chain in Mancheng District of Baoding City was carried out.The analysis was conducted from the three links of production chain,processing,and sales links of the industrial chain.The industry chain optimization theory was used to persimmon industry in Mancheng District of Baoding City.The chain optimization strategy is fully discussed.Second,from the perspective of horizontal integration and vertical integration,the persimmon industrial chain in Mancheng District of Baoding City was optimized.
