Risk Identification And Assessment Of Tourism Safety In Yesanpo Smart Scenic Spot

Tourism,as an information intensive industry covering clothing,food,tourism,shopping and entertainment,is inseparable from the efficient transmission and circulation of information.The application of the new generation of information technology in the tourism industry will undoubtedly help transform the tourism industry.In this context,the intelligent scenic spots emerge as the times require.As the core element of the tourism industry,the intelligent scenic area is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges under the overall situation of the overall development of tourism.Due to the complexity of the main body and the diversity of objects,tourism safety has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of intelligent tourist attractions.China's research on Intelligent scenic spots started late,and the research on tourism safety of intelligent scenic spots is still not perfect.In this paper,the research on the identification and evaluation of tourism safety risk in Yesanpo smart scenic area is an extension of Intelligent Tourism and risk management theory.The purpose of this paper is to determine the content of tourism safety risk assessment in Yesanpo intelligent scenic spot,and to define the connotation of tourism safety risk in Yesanpo intelligent scenic spot from the perspective of risk sources,and to evaluate the current situation of tourism safety risk in Yesanpo's intelligent scenic spots according to the evaluation index,aiming at its risk.Evaluation value,put forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the sustainable development of Yesanpo intelligent scenic spot in China.In this study,taking the Yesanpo intelligent scenic spot as the research object,taking the tourist safety risk identification and evaluation of the scenic spot as the research content,collecting data through the investigation and so on,using the fish bone method to identify the risk of tourism safety of the Yesanpo wisdom scenic spot,and get the risk factors of the tourism safety in the Yesanpo scenic spot,and take this as the result.Based on this,a tourism safety risk assessment system suitable for Yesanpo smart scenic spot is constructed.By using analytic hierarchy process,entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk of tourism safety in Yesanpo intelligent scenic area is evaluated,and the overall evaluation result of tourism safety risk in Yesanpo intelligent scenic area is obtained.Through the study,it is concluded that the risk of tourism safety in Yesanpo scenic area is generally between low and general,the risk of information system and the risk level of social security are above the general risk,and the risk of natural space places and the risk of management and control of scenic spots are not very high.This shows that the intelligent scenic spots can help the tourist safety risk management of scenic spots by virtue of its intelligent management system,but the same intelligent scenic spots should also strengthen the management level of information risk in the application of intelligent management system,so that the scenic spots can achieve sustainable development under the safe environment.The innovation of this paper is to break through the limitations of traditional research on "tourism security".On the basis of fully understanding the theories of intelligent scenic spots and tourism safety risk management,this paper defines the connotation of tourism safety in the intelligent scenic area,identifies the risk of tourism safety in Yesanpo intelligent scenic spots,analyzes the possible risk sources of tourism safety,and constructs the risk sources in theory.A tourism safety risk assessment index system for Yesanpo smart scenic spot has been built,which enriches the research system of tourism safety.
