Research On Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity In The Agro-pasturage Ecotone Of Inner Mongolia

The agro-pasturage ecotone of Inner Mongolia is a fragile ecological zone with the coexistence and transition of agriculture and animal husbandry.In recent years,the pressure of land resource and environmental is increasing.The purpose of the paper has two side :on one hand,to provide the basis for the more scientific and reasonable development of the region;on the other hand,in order to enrich the research system of land carrying capacity,to explore more reasonable research methods of land comprehensive carrying capacity,and to service land resource management.This paper takes the agro-pasturage ecotone of Inner Mongolia as the research area and uses the superposition analysis method to find out the suitable land of construction and development area under the influence of the background factors of resources and environment;the evaluation model is constructed by using multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.Then,according to the full consideration of the agro-pasturage ecotone of Inner Mongolia,to use the method of Delphi to select the evaluation index and determine the weight of each index,to construct a multi-level evaluation index system,which is based on land resources and supported by water resources,ecological environment and social economy.Finally,to result in the evaluation of the comprehensive carrying capacity of the land based on the county area.In order to ensure the scientific research,this paper reevaluates the researched area according to the required technical method in "Land and Resources Environmental Carrying Capacity Evaluation Technical Requirements(Land Part)" published by the Ministry of Land and Resources,do some differential analysis and application analysis according to the result.Through the research of the land comprehensive carrying capacity in the agro-pasturage ecotone of Inner Mongolia,to draw the following conclusions:(1)where the land comprehensive carrying capacity is in half saturated and has still certain carrying capacity of 29 counties,3 counties of their carrying capacity state is in crisis;12 counties of theirs is alert;10 countiesof theirs is general;4 counties of theirs is good;(2)the multi factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the land comprehensive carrying capacity with the construction of the land resources,water resources,ecological environment social economy as the system level,and 15 indicators as the index level such as the Development Suitability;results above has been reevaluated and verified well with reqired technical method according to "Land and Resources Environmental Carrying Capacity Evaluation Technical Requirements(Land Part);" it is concluded that the evaluation and related methods above is scientific and feasible with a strong reference for evaluation of similar areas;(3)the analysis with superposition method of the spatial distribution map of related factors such as water resources,ecological environment,etc.,in this area,the suitability of construction and development area is 6.96 million hectares,47.83% of the total land area;(4)among 29 counties in this area,no one of their indicators are better or worse,each county is influenced by different factors in whole,better or worse single system state doesn't play decisive role on land comprehensive carrying capacity,only a high degree of coordination of each system can a good carrying condition be obtained.The land comprehensive carrying capacity in this area depends on the state of each subsystem and system coordination degree.
