Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. In recent years, the contradiction between the increasing number of university graduates and the increasing saturation of employment has become increasingly prominent. The concrete manifestation of this is the current difficulty in employment of university graduates.Starting from the current reality, the state actively seeks effective measures to promote employment-entrepreneurship can not only solve personal employment problems, but also provide redundant jobs to help others find employment. Therefore, college students returning to their hometowns to a certain extent promote the employment of college students and peasants, ease the current tense employment pressure, and can inject fresh blood into the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, effectively promote rural development, agricultural development and farmers.Increase income. The current pressing employment pressure on the country is undoubtedly a push for college students to start their own businesses, forcing them to make bold choices and seek their own value. At the same time, the support for entrepreneurial preferential policies for returning home to the formation of college students to return home to form a pull is obvious, attracting aspiring young people to respond to the call to join the new rural construction. However,we must also see the progress of the times and the transformation of people's ideas. Therefore, the following four hypotheses are proposed.First of all,the rural people "go to the university is to go out" of the concept of solidification;Second, the professional, financial reserves, social scope and other resources are complete;again, the downward pressure on the national policy and effective strength; Finally, the college student's hometown feelings are still In continuation. In view of this, this paper uses the data of the 2016 China Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Report published by Renmin University of China to providea descriptive analysis of the current status of entrepreneurship among university graduates and finds that entrepreneurship education and national policies are important influencing factors in selecting entrepreneurship. Then, through a questionnaire survey of 109 undergraduate students and a field interview with a returning entrepreneurial college student, focusing on social capital and individual characteristics, using case analysis and econometric analysis methods, the specific use of Todaro backflow model,The logit model deeply analyzes the influencing factors of university students' willingness to return home to work, and draws the following four conclusions:1.Family attitude is an important influencing factor for college students to return home to start a business;2.Entrepreneurship education is a double-edged sword;3,return home business Compared with the net income of migrant workers,it is a determinant factor for college students to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses.4.The recognition of the state's three rural policies can improve the enthusiasm of college students for their return to their hometowns, but their role in practice is not reflected. In order to actively promote college students to return to their hometowns and realize the grand goal of the rural rejuvenation strategy as soon as possible, this study puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.First, actively transforming the family's negative attitude toward college students' return to home business, the government should play an important role.Secondly,as a bridgehead for college students to socialize, the university should take the initiative in entrepreneurship education.Third, gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and improve rural infrastructure.Fourth, increase the national propaganda for the three rural policies.
