Research On The Influencing Factors And Promoting Countermeasures Of College Students 'Home Return Entrepreneurship In Fujian Province

Under the background of the "Rural Revitalization Strategy",on September 26,2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Strategic Planning for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)".The plan calls for stimulating the vitality of rural innovation and entrepreneurship and increasing the number of rural professionals.Rural revitalization needs to invigorate the rural economy and requires a lot of human resources.Under the new era of "mass entrepreneurship,innovation",college students' entrepreneurship has ushered in an important period of opportunity.We should guide and promote more college students to return home to start a business and provide intellectual support for rural revitalization;however,the conditions for attracting or guaranteeing college students to return to their hometowns are not mature.What are the influencing factors of college students returning to their hometowns?How to promote college students to return to their hometowns is worth studying.This study analyzes the situation of college students'self-employment and returning home business in Fujian Province,and conducts in-depth interviews with the entrepreneurs who have returned to the hometown,the heads of entrepreneurship work in colleges and universities,and the staff of the county and district people's bureaus,and conduct questionnaire survey on influencing factors of college students returning home in Fujian Province.This paper analyzes the status,problems and causes of college students' returning home business,and constructs 13 important factors system including personal factors,educational factors,policy factors and environmental factors,and verifies the positive significance of 13 important factors,and analysis of the importance of 13 factors,13 major influencing factors have been generally concerned and recognized,indicating that college students returning home business is a systematic project,the factors affecting college students returning to business involve all aspects,in the promotion of countermeasures propose comprehensive and systematically solutions.From the internal factors affecting the willingness of entrepreneurship,personal entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial motivation are a very important factor to encourage college students to return to their hometowns.Improving entrepreneurial ability and stimulating entrepreneurial motivation are the key tasks of university entrepreneurship education.Factors such as entrepreneurial support policies,social security policies,financing environment,and entrepreneurial service environment have strong influence.This study is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research status at home and abroad,research significance,research methods,etc.The second part is mainly about concept definition and related theoretical basis.The third part mainly analyzes the status of college students returning hometown in Fujian Province.The forth part mainly analyzes the cause of the problems of college students returning hometown in Fujian Province.The fifth part is mainly the empirical research on the factors affecting the return of college students to entrepreneurship.The sixth part mainly elaborates the promotion of college students' returning home business based on the results of empirical analysis.
