Research On Risk Management Of Industrial Trust B Scheme

Risk management has always been the eternal theme during the development of financial industry.Trust industry is a high risk industry in our country has entered a period of rapid development,more and more business of financial innovation and financial mixed operation trend,trust companies in risk management has put forward higher requirements.With the trust business to the social economy unceasing seepage,across the money market,capital market and industry market trust industry and the role in economic and social china plays a more and more important.Real estate trust is the main business of the trust industry type,which plays a crucial role in the process of real estate development.Thus,researches on the risk management of trust company in real estate industry have necessary theoretical value and practical significance.This paper expounds the background,the concept,the real estate trust mode of operation and characteristics,then discusses the basic theory of real estate trust risk management.Then based on the risk control studies of estate trust industry both at home and abroad,the author introduce real estate B trust scheme in Founder of China Industrial International Trust Limited.Then based on theory of real estate trust risk management,the article identifies risks for B trust projects,and uses AHP and sensitivity analysis to measure risks.Through the above analysis,the author finds that the case ignored structured design and a possible flaw in the land mortgage.Therefore,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally,based on the case analysis,trust should focus on diligence control and estate management and play better investment advantages.After analyzing the above content,this thesis systematically explained the related theories of controlling trust risks and the corresponding controlling methods,and also specified how to apply those controlling methods in actual real estate trust scheme in Founder of China Industrial International Trust Limited.Through classifying risks in trust industry and proposing corresponding controlling approaches,this thesis contributed to constructing overall risk management system,which thus will promote the development of China's trust industry.
