Research On The Relationship Between Trust And Performance In IPD Mode Of Engineering Project

Under the traditional project delivery mode,the participants are relatively independent and lack of communication.In addition,the engineering project is becoming more and more complex,and the requirements of the owners are constantly improving,so the project delivery mode needs to be changed urgently.The integrated project delivery mode is a delivery mode that gathers the wisdom,professional level and project experience of all the participants in the early stage of the project.It can strengthen the communication between the parties and realize the information sharing by using the BIM technology.In the process of implementing the IPD mode,the successful implementation of the project is based on trust and cooperation,through the establishment of trust relationship,active cooperation,resource sharing,improve project performance,therefore,It is necessary to study the relationship between trust and performance in IPD mode.Combing the trust and performance index system,using DEMATEL method to analyze the relationship between the trust factors under the IPD mode,to determine the important factors of trust,based on the balanced Scorecard,through the questionnaire survey,the key indicators of performance are obtained.Based on the evolutionary game model,the cooperation coefficients of the parties involved in the project are obtained,and the system dynamics model of the relationship between trust and performance is constructed by using the system dynamics method.The expert scoring method determines the variable parameters,the combinatorial weighting method constructs the system simulation equation,the Vensim software is running through the closed loop of the system to identify the factors that play a significant role in the performance of the system,and the project performance is evaluated in real time.The relationship between trust and performance is determined.Based on the above research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are 11 factors influencing trust from five aspects of personality,system,cognition,ability and emotion.The key indicators of performance from four dimensions of finance,customer,internal management process and learning and growth are security management,quality control,cost control,and the key indicators of performance.Contract management,information management,progress control,decision making innovation,interest sharing,satisfaction of participants,organization and coordination management.(2)Cooperation is the regulatory variable of trust and performance in the IPD model.When the degree of cooperation between the parties is greater than 0.5,the main participants cooperate actively,and the project continues to proceed;otherwise,the project can not be carried out.(3)In the relationship between trust and performance,the significant effect on performance is the level of staff business,enterprise standardization cooperation and contract rationality,and there is no significant relationship between other trust factors and performance.According to simulation technology,the effect of trust on project performance is realized through cooperative relationship.(4)When the cooperation coefficient of the participants is 0.5,the staff business level,the enterprise standardization operation and the contract rationality are respectively through the progress control in the performance indicators,the satisfaction degree of the participants and the performance of the contract management,in which the function of trust and performance is in the order of the staff's business level in turn.The contract rationality and the standardized operation of the enterprise;when further enhancing the partners' cooperative relationship,all the factors of trust play a role in the contract management to improve the project performance,in which the degree of action in the relationship of trust and performance remains unchanged.Through the discussion of the relationship between trust and performance in the IPD mode of engineering projects,the relationship diagram of trust and performance is constructed,which provides a certain basis and reference value for the improvement of performance of IPD project managers,and facilitates extension of IPD mode in China.
