Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Social Endowment Insurance For Dalian Migrant Workers

Putting forward along with the social development and national policy,in recent years both in rural and city has a very rapid development,but overall the development,the development scale and the development situation of the city have more advantages compared to the rural areas,the prosperous of urban economy greatly increase the city population mobility,more and more farmers start going to city to feeding themselves,further enhance the farmers' autonomy and independence.On the current social development situation,migrant workers has become an indispensable,large and time-characteristic group of urban development.In the development of the city,migrant workers have played an important role which can't be ignored,not only effectively speed up the progress of the construction of the city,but also effectively driving the development of the local economy.As a power in national development which can't be ignored,helping them improve the living environment and solve the problem of their old-age security is an important task to be solved,as the constructors and contributors of a harmonious city,solve these problems for farmers to promote local development is of great significance.However as economic relatively developed in the northeast,Dalian,in recent years the number of migrant workers is in sharp decline,it seriously affected the economic development of Dalian,this is not only related to local slow economic development,the establishment and perfection of the local security policy also has a close relationship.Solve the problems about endowment insurance of rural migrant workers,make migrant workers enjoy city census register equal social welfare benefits in accordance with the law,is the inevitable choice to ensure social stability,promote social progress and realize fair socialist.Therefore,this paper takes Dalian as a specific research object,using the questionnaire survey,empirical model and finishing methods of consulting literature materials,the combination of standing on the concept and development of the rural migrant workers endowment insurance mode,aiming at Dalian,the questionnaire survey to the current situation of rural migrant workers endowment insurance and use the SPSS empirical analysis it is concluded that the current influence of the will of endowment insurance of migrant workers to participate in the significant factor,put forward the improvement of the targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.Hope that through research,not only to improve the problems existing in the endowment insurance of migrant workers in dalian to provide effective solutions,as well as for construction of peasant workers' endowment insurance system to provide reference for other regions.
