With the trend of globalization and the rapid movement of goods and labor,the enterprises must keep their strengths to adapt to changing market environment.So team work becomes the solution.Team is a group of people sharing one same goal,where information can be delivered fast to improve efficiency.Team member's attribute may be same or different,so it is favorable to know the mechanism of perspectives diversity on team creativity.The information/decision-making theory holds that team diversity can broaden resources pool of team.There will be more solutions for members to choose,which can foster team creativity.In recording to this,this paper choose a more direct variable which influence team cognitive resources--perspectives diversity.People consider things in different ways,they will provide more solutions than homogeneous team.Various perspectives are good for making new ideas,which is also beneficial for team creativity.During the whole process,team members communicate with each other,therefore,transactive memory system and task network are formed.Transactive memory system is a knowledge directory of members' expertise,in other words,members know who knows what.This is good for division and cooperation.Task network is one of the social network for members to communicate task-related information.These two factors can influence members' cognition and emotion,in turn,have impact on team creativity.This paper investigate 40 student team by experiment and questionnaires.And following conclusion are demonstrated:(1)Perspectives diversity have a significant positive influence on team creativity;(2)Perspectives diversity have a significant negative influence on transactive memory system;(3)Transactive memory system as a mediator,imposing inhibitory effect on the interaction between perspectives diversity and team creativity;(4)Task network centralization positively moderates the effect of perspectives diversity on team creativity,while task network density does not moderate the relationship between perspectives diversity and team creativity.
