Nowadaysthe IT industry is playing an indispensable role in the national economy. But with its rapid development, a series of questions is producing at the same time, and the most serioust is the staff management issues. As a highly dependent on mental work industry, the core asset is not the company’s products and technology, but the skills and creativity which adhered to its employee. In recent years, due to the fast development and intense competition of IT industry and the extreme consumption of energy characteristics, the employee turnover rate of long-term high maintain a high level. This situation is not conducive to the normal operation of the organization, as well as personal development of employees.Based on the above conditions, the paper selected IT companies’employees in Dalian as samples and tentatively explore not noly the core impact elements of job stressor but also the relationship between job stressor and turnover intention. Meanwhile, this paper introduces emotional exhaustion as the mediating variables, investigates the role it plays between job stressor and turnover intention, designs to provide countermeasures meaningful reference for IT companies. Conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) By analysis of variance.this paper finds that the IT employees in Dalian with different gender, age, education and work experience and other demographic variables produce different effects of job stress, emotional exhaustion and turnover intention.(2) By correlation analysis, we find that work itself press, organizational and structure press, the work-family relation press has a significant correlation with emotional exhaustion except interpersonal stress. In the correlation analysis of the various dimensions of job stressor and turnover intention, the work itself press, organizational and structure press, the work-family relation press, interpersonal stress all have a significant correlation with turnover intention.(3) By regression analysis,we find that work itself press, organizational and structure press, the work-family relation press has a significant correlation with emotional exhaustion; Interpersonal stress, organizational and structure press has a significant correlation with turnover intention. And we also find that emotional exhaustion has a significant correlation with turnover intention. This proves that the working pressure of the above dimensions and emotional exhaustion havs predictive effect on turnover intention.(4)Through further hierarchical regression analysis, we find emotional exhaustion play partially mediated role between job stressor and turnover intention.At the same time, combing the relevant literature and analysis the lack of comprehensive results of previous studies, the main innovation of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:(1) Currently the researchs verify emotional exhaustion intermediary role between job stress and turnover intention is in the blank stage. Herefore, this paper introduces emotional exhaustion to verify the relationship among variables and establishs a model between emotional exhaustion and turnover intention study the intensity of emotional exhaustion intermediary role.(2) Try to find the difference of work pressure, emotional exhaustion and turnover intention from other regions.(3) Try to analyze the differences of structural pressures (Work itself Pressure, Structure pressure), relationship pressures (Interpersonal pressureWork-family relationship pressure) from the former research.
