Effective human resource strategic planning can improve enterprise competitive advantage, and enterprises can have a sustainable competitive capacity, which has become an indisputable fact. How better in the competition to attract and retain qualified personnel has become a serious problem many companies.BL is a well-known window company in Zhejiang Province, the company focused on research and development and sales of energy-saving windows and doors.
