Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Shared Bicycles

With the emergence of new business forms of shared bicycles and the emergence of APP,bicycle software such as "ofo" and"mobike",sharing bicycles has begun to enter our field of vision.Its emergence is caused by the lack of supply of transportation services,the supports of the sharing economy from the government and the innovative development of the"Internet" business model.Although the shared bicycles solve the problem of public travel difficulties,the "last kilometer"problem,but also brings certain problems.This paper,taking Changsha as an example,summarizes and combs the problems existing in the development of shared bicycles.There are mainly problems such as random parking,unreasonable delivery,hidden dangers to personal safety,serious man-made destruction or private ownership phenomenon,difficulties in refund of deposits,etc.After a thorough analysis of the reasons behind the problems,it is found that the current chaos of sharing bicycles are caused by the management of bicycle enterprises is largely out of control by the government,the management of users by bicycle enterprises is out of control,and the maintenance of shared bicycle lines is inadequate.In order to solve those problems existing in sharing bicycles and promote their healthy development in the future,we should proceed from three angles:government,market and society.
