Research On The Predicament And Countermeasure Of Precise Poverty Alleviation

The great achievements of our country's poverty alleviation work have made great achievements.However,under the background of economic transformation and the transition to the Du society,the imbalance in regional development has led to the polarization of the gap between the rich and the poor,and poverty alleviation faces new problems.Although the poverty alleviation model has evolved gradually from extensive to precise,there are still many problems in its implementation,effectiveness,pertinence,effectiveness and long-term effectiveness,which is far from the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in2020,and the task of alleviating poverty is arduous.Although there are abundant research on anti-poverty in all fields,there are not many in-depth studies of precision-oriented poverty alleviation in academia at present,and there are basically no studies abroad.In the existing research,the problems encountered in the implementation of precision poverty alleviation are mainly described from different perspectives according to the actual implementation in poor areas,and the comprehensive analysis of the mode of precise poverty alleviation is relatively lacking.This research explores and popularizes the popularization mechanism suitable for poverty alleviation mode governance breakthroughs in poor villages from the perspective of poverty alleviation practice in C Village,Raoping County by taking the methods of literature analysis,statistical analysis and case analysis.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing poverty alleviation models,this paper analyzes the current situation,patterns and achievements of the poverty alleviation work in C Village,especially the practical difficulties,and reconstructs a governance mechanism that is in line with reality and reduces the policy loss and deviation from targets so as to further promote poverty alleviation in Guangdong Province The smooth implementation of the plan.In this study,we found that the main practical difficulties exist in the precise identification of the origin of poverty alleviation is difficult to define,easy to deviate from the target;the synergetic mechanism is flawed,the bull is difficult to co-ordinate the overall development;external force-driven development andthe grass-roots governance of village organizations endogenous development contradictions;The role is difficult to play;Pratacity of the majority of Pratt & Whitney policies,poorly targeted and other issues,and on this basis,focusing on analyzing and trying to establish a new model of precise poverty alleviation mode of governance-the concept of multi-coordinated long-term poverty alleviation governance mechanism,This paper introduces the sources of fund and monitoring mechanism,policy making,implementation and feedback,the coalition of official and non-governmental anti-poverty and the mechanism of coordinated multiple poverty alleviation,the establishment and operation of long-term mechanism,the improvement of scientific evaluation system,etc.Part of the thesis is also the focus of possible innovation and research significance.
