In a complex and changeable market environment,employees' voice behavior is necessary for the healthy development of the organization,which is an important source for the organization to gain strong vitality and obtain the sustainable competitive advantage.Employees are the cells of organizations,the carriers of executive tasks,and have a deeper understanding of their work,enterprise managers also need to get information from employee,make up the insufficient knowledge of their own,improve the scientific decision-making level of organization,seize fleeting market opportunities.However,employees are“silence is golden”of thought,as well as China's power distance is larger,employees tend to obey authority,lead to ignore the problems existing in the organization or staff did not dare to express their opinions,seriously hindered the development of organization.Therefore,how to motivate employees' voice behavior has become an important part of management.Comb through to the domestic and foreign literature and induction,the leadership will adopt employees' point of view,environment is safe,will affect the employees' promotion,rewards and punishment and so on will affect the staff whether recommendations,and transformational leadership through depicting the organization's future development direction,let employees to realize the importance of own mission,to motivate employees to high-level needs,and to establish mutual trust between leadership and staff,pull close the distance between the two,reduce the uncertainty of staff for advice.In addition,if employees are willing to take some risk to voice,they will be influenced by their psychological cognition.Based on the self-classification theory,this study constructs the relationship model of transformational leadership,perceived insider status and employees' voice behavior through theoretical deduction and research hypothesis.Data collection was conducted through network form and paper version questionnaire,mainly related to the places such as Shanghai,Beijing,Hebei,Xinjiang,Hubei,ultimately valid questionnaires is 251,use SPSS20.0,AMOS20.0 to analyze data,draw the following conclusions:(1)The four dimensions of Transformational Leadership(leadership charm,personalized care,intelligence stimulation and charisma)have positive effects on employee's speech behavior.(2)The four dimensions of Transformational Leadership(leadership charm,personalized care,intelligence stimulation and charisma)have positive impacts on the perceived insider status.(3)Perceived insider status has a significant positive impact on employees' voice behavior.(4)Perceived insider status plays a partial mediating role between the four dimensions of transformational leadership(leadership charm,personalized care,intelligence stimulation and charisma)and employees' voice behavior.Finally,according to the results of the empirical study,we discuss and analyze the theoretical contribution and management of this study,and explain the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction.
