Research On Cost Management Of Electric Power Construction Project In Tai'an

Profit is the purpose of an enterprise to survive.The two factors that determine profit are income and cost.Because of the uncontrollability of income,it is necessary to strengthen the management and control of the cost to maximize the profit.The necessity of implementing project management in electric power construction enterprises is determined by the production characteristics of the power construction enterprises.The construction stage and the project manager department should be the key point of the project cost management of the electric power construction enterprise.Based on the research of electric power construction enterprise cost management process and project cost management theory as a foundation,the project cost management of electric power construction enterprises is the main construction project cost management,the construction stage and the project manager is the key to the project manager for the assessment unit to manage the construction cost,including the determination of the cost target the responsibility cost,prepare cost plan,responsibility cost,and strengthen the process control,cost,quality,duration of the comprehensive balance management,through the research on the specific problems existing in the current electric power construction enterprise cost management problems in the process are given,including the organization system,determine the responsibility target cost and cost responsibility implementation and cost control,materials management,subcontract cost management and schedule,quality and cost of coal Equilibrium problems;through analyzed the effective management measures of project cost management in power construction enterprises and existing problems in the electric power construction project with TA C results show that the actual construction cost and target cost comparison,unfinished project department internal cost index and the company issued to the responsibility cost the project cost overruns,6.01% did not complete the 5% cost reduction rate.Finally,the improvement measures for TA power C construction project cost management of electric power construction enterprises are put forward.The improvement of construction cost management,improvement of construction cost management at construction stage and measures for improving management of construction period,quality and cost are also given.It is hoped that the research of this paper can be helpful to the project cost management of the electric power construction enterprises.
