A Study On The Relevance Between China's Export Of Goods And Services Trade

The export of goods can directly drive the export of services such as communications,logistics and banking services that are matched with the export of goods.The export of goods can directly promote the import of services when the matching domestic services cannot meet the requirements.In the process of production of goods,it needs a lot of research and development,finance,transportation and other productive services,and the export of goods can indirectly lead the export of services.When domestic productive services cannot meet the requirements,the export of goods can indirectly lead to service imports.From the perspective of value added,the value added of the services' sectors is included in the final use of the goods' sectors,and the added value of the goods' sectors is included in the final use of the services' sectors.Based on the perspective of trade in value-added,this article uses the world input-output data(WIOD)to decompose the final use of various departments of various countries.And it compares and analyzes respectively the export of goods of China and the trade of services of China under the perspective of statistics in value-added and trade flow.Then it establishes a VAR model to explore the inter-relatedness of China's export of goods and services trade.The results show that the mutual promotion is obvious between value-added exports of goods and value-added imports of services,between value-added exports of goods and value-added imports of productive services,between value-added exports of manufacturing and value-added imports of productive services.In the long term,the promotion is obvious between value-added exports of non-manufacturing and value-added exports of services,between value-added exports of non-manufacturing and value-added exports of productive services,from value-added exports of non-productive services to value-added exports of goods,from value-added exports of non-productive services to value-added exports of manufacturing,from value-added exports of non-productive services to value-added exports of non-manufacturing,from value-added exports of goods to value-added imports of non-productive services,from value-added imports of productive services to value-added exports of non-manufacturing.In the short term,value-added exports of goods,value-added exports of manufacturing and value-added exports of non-manufacturing have a significant effect on the promotion of value-added exports of non-productive services.And the above relevance has different characteristics over time.To some extent,the above results say that the level of development of China's productive services is not high.
