| The corn is one of the most significant crops in China and the whole world.The production structure and development of the corn impact on the crop safety and material basemen.Since 2008,Corn Temporary Storage Policy has been put into practice in Inner Mongolia and 3 provinces in east-north of China.Since then,the corn production situation has been changed and the output has been increased a lot.However,some problems came out.Along with the increasing of the corn price,the price inversion appeared between China and abroad.And the cultivated area of corn were enlarged and the output were increased.As a result,the repertory accumulated excessively and the relationship between supply and demand was unbalanced.Because of this,in 2016 the government canceled the policy which existed for 8 years.Ulanchap locates in the west part of the transition zone between cropping area and nomadic area of China.And the corn is the second largest crop in it.Due to the lack of the water and the land desertification,the output is low and unstable.So Ulanchap is the non-dominant area of corn and also the important area of regulation.The paper is based on the data of 155 families from Ulanchap and analyzes the influence of the cancel of the policy from three aspects including total output,cultivated area and single yield.And the north part and the south part are influenced by different climate and may have different production situation.So the paper uses empirical test in three samples including the whole city,the north part,and the south part and analyzes by entity fixed effects regression model.The result shows that the cancel of the policy decreases cultivated area and single yield,and the influence in south is stronger than the north.The significance is to research on the effect of the cancel of the policy.It is useful to the formulation and implementation,and also related to the local corn production and can make it develop scientifically and muchly. |
