Research On The Financing Behavior Of Herding Households

The Inner Mongolia autonomous region is a typical one of the agriculture and animal husbandry coexist,so for the economic development of Inner Mongolia is extremely important to the healthy development of the rural and pastoral areas,their economy and the improvement of living standards directly determines the whole Inner Mongolia's economic development level and living standards.Pastoral areas is mainly from the breeding,as the economic source,but due to the continuous drought in recent years,the grass barren,cattle and sheep market prices continue to drop and so on makes herdsmen living quality decline year by year,breeding more difficult,herdsmen's income is much lower than spending.The current problems in the pastoral area are the lack of financial services,which directly leads to the popularity of private lending in pastoral areas.Although the nomads from the informal financial channels to obtain funds to alleviate the financing needs of the short-term,but higher interest rates and increased operating costs,Mu Hu brought a heavy burden to herdsmen's life,also has restricted the production of animal husbandry.Although private lending can solve the financial problem in the short term,it can't meet the serious consequences of debt repayment.Continue to rectify folk lending problems,improve the farming area of financial services to promote the development of national poverty alleviation policy,normal financial order,and have a vital decisive role to the development of farming and animal husbandry.Therefore,the current financing needs and the current situation of borrowing and lending are fully analyzed,which is conducive to the reform of the pastoral financial system and further improve the income level of herdsmen.Financing behavior as the research object,taking Mu Hu flag county of four in eastern Inner Mongolia animal husbandry has carried on the on-the-spot investigation,on the basis of survey data,using the descriptive statistical analysis to Mu Hu financing behavior characteristics were analyzed,and find out the problems existing in the actual;Based on the factors influencing Mu Hu financing behavior do econometric model analysis,find out Mu Hu significantly influence factor of financing behavior,game theory was used to study Mu Hu each participant,the relationship between the financing behavior of the last put forward some policy Suggestions according to the analysis results.
