Partner Heterogeneity Cooperation Motivation And Enterprise Cooperation Innovation Risk Analysis

With the increasing complexity of technological innovation and the continuous shortening of the innovation cycle,single enterprises are hard to complete technological activities by relying on their knowledge and resources closely.It has become an important way for enterprise technology innovation to cooperate with other organizations to carry out technological innovation together.The differences in the organization of cooperative innovation partner knowledge structure,professional level,technical competence advantage,organizational culture and way of thinking,which makes the enterprise heterogeneity may have different purposes of cooperation and cooperation motivation in the process of cooperation,which will make the cooperative innovation facing different cooperation risk.This paper studies cooperative motivation.Through literature review the research context of partner heterogeneity,cooperation risk and enterprise cooperation motivation,put forward the research hypothesis and the theoretical model;partner heterogeneity is divided into relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and the heterogeneity of the dimensions of enterprise cooperation risk;enterprise cooperation motivation is divided into resources,learning strategy and three dimensions of motivation,verified the mediating effects of the relationship between cooperation partner heterogeneity and motivation of enterprise cooperation risk.The study shows that knowledge heterogeneity has a significant positive impact on enterprise cooperation risk,and relationship heterogeneity has a significant negative impact on enterprise cooperation risk.All the dimensions of enterprise cooperation motivation can mediate risk.Positive cooperation motivation can promote enterprises' correct cognition of cooperative innovation,improve cooperation performance and enhance the synergy ability of enterprises to heterogeneous resources.The conclusions of this study have positive implications for reducing and controlling the risk of cooperation and promoting the healthy development of cooperation and innovation.
